1. Complete your profile and video greeting offer and we immediately pay you $20 based on your video message category. Remember that the funnier, more interesting, unique or more creative your offer is, the more orders you will receive. Make sure to include a short video introducing yourself and your offer. We recommend offering a 30 second video for $10, then having add-on such as singing the message for $5 more, writing the message on you for $5, maybe picking a specific outfit. It’s up to you – but you want to price it reasonably so you get volume.
   
   You may have more than one offer up featuring different characters or services.
2. We find you customers... That is our job.
3. When orders come in, you get a text or email. You check the site for the order details and record it right on your Smartphone or video camera. You can find the orders on your YouPop dashboard. You have the right to refuse any order. It shouldn’t take you longer than 5 or 10 minutes to fill an order; it is a great way to make money in your spare-time.
4. You record the personalized message and upload it right to YouPop from your computer or phone.
5. We notify the customer that it has been uploaded and they get to review and accept.
6. We collect the funds and after 5 days, you receive your payment via PayPal or Check.
7. We make Money by taking a small 20% management fee from the order. That means you keep 80% of every dollar paid for your services.

Here are some helpful tips

You definitely need a video that you can record on your smartphone or video camera. We limit the size to 300 MB (see our FAQ’s for a guide to reduce the size of your video if it’s too big). Currently our site does work from the browser on pc/phones/iPad. If you are going to upload your video from a phone I would suggest using your tablet or pc to create your offer first, then going back to edit it on your phone to add the video. It’s easy to edit... just login and click on your ad. Once you upload your video make sure to drag and drop it to the first position. You can also find your ad under the dashboard under services/ads

1. To start: Login, click "Post an offer" and choose "I Will Do"
2. Choose your category. Remember that your service is to deliver a message as your character. Try to come up with fun and interesting examples in your offer of things your message can be used for. Once your ad is up, we will review and make suggestions if needed. The idea is to make this a new type of cool, fun and different greeting. Let them know they can come up with their own idea on how to personalize your message.
3. Start your base price at $5 or $10 for 30 seconds, and come up with add-ons to increase the sale. $5 for another 30 seconds, hold up a hand written sign $5…choose a specific outfit (you can add pics to the gallery of different outfits or characters) $5 or $10, $5 to sing the message, $5 to write a script, 1 day Rush Delivery $1... Be creative.
4. Delivery Time: we suggest 2-3 days. This is a fun thing and people want it quickly. Keep in mind that to shoot a 30 second message and upload it only takes 5-10 minutes.
5. Buyer Instructions- you will see this when you set up your offer. This is how you thank your customer and tell them what you need.
   
   i.e.: Thank you for your order, I just need a little information to get started. Please keep in mind that a 30 second message is about 55 words. Let me know who the message is for and what you want me to say.
